Phase 1 - Lock In The Foundations

Weeks 1-2

Before we do anything else, we build the structure that makes everything work. Your training, your nutrition, your weekly targets. All designed around your actual life.

In this phase we build the foundations that make progress inevitable:

  • You know exactly what to eat without obsessing over it
  • Your training has a clear structure and a reason behind every session
  • You have targets to hit each week so there's no guesswork

Once these systems are in place, fat loss becomes far easier to execute.

Phase 2 - Start Seeing It Work

Weeks 2-4

Now that the foundations are running, we optimise them.

This is where true progress accelerates.

  • Nutrition gets dialled in as we see how your body responds
  • Training loads adjust to keep strength moving in the right direction
  • Weekly check-ins catch anything slowing you down before it becomes a problem

This is where most clients start seeing visible changes and realise the process is actually working.

Phase 3 - Build Something That Lasts

Week 4 - Onwards

By this stage, progress is already happening.

Now we need to make it permanent.

This phase focuses on:

  • We keep pushing strength so your physique keeping changing, not just your scale weight
  • Habits get locked in so consistency stops feeling like an effort
  • We iron out anything that could derail you long term
  • You build the confidence to manage your own physique without needing a coach forever

The initial commitment is 8 weeks but most clients that hit their goal choose to stay longer.

That part is completely up to you and there's no lock in contracts.

How is Online Coaching Different to In-Person Coaching?

Online coaching carries a lot of familiarities to In-person coaching. Every coaching package we have is the same in regards to being completely individualised to you with complete support along your journey.

The only differences Online Coaching has compared to In-Person is the requirement of accountability on your part to take action on completely your workouts, sending feedback to your coach and making sure you're sending in your check-ins on time. This is an essential skill that will transfer to all aspects of your life. Your coach will always give detailed feedback on how you're doing and what you will need to focus on to continue making progress.

Do I need to have access to a gym?

Ideally you need to have access to equipment as part of the program. Every gym is different so taking photos of the equipment you will have available and sending them to your coach is an important part to developing your own program.

What if I find out the service is not for me?

All coaching programs offer a Money-Back Guarantee. In regards to the human body, there are many complexities which are not a guarantee in results. However, if you're able to comply to at least 80% of your program, entering in your food based closely on your macronutrient targets and complete check ins within your allocated service, yet still don't see results within 3months, I'll happily refund your entire investment to that point.

There's also a 14-day cool off period whereby if you've paid for the first 2 weeks, you can get a full refund.

Can I swap or cancel a coaching service at any time?

Yes you can. With a 2 week notice, you may cancel or swap services to suit your needs.
